and he's beautiful! A little early (3 1/2 weeks), but he was 7lbs and 3 oz. I can't wait to fill in all the details, but it's a little hectic right now so I'll get back to you. In the meantime, just let me say God is so good!
Congratulations!! I just got to your blog via the Choosing Home blog. :)
Our youngest did the same thing, arriving 3 1/2 weeks before we expected her, completely catching us off guard! She was a bit smaller than your Jack, 6 lb. 4.2 oz.
I just kept looking at her precious little face, SO glad God put her into our famiy! She's 19 months old now, and my husband & I still look at her that way. :)
I enjoyed reading about your baby dedication tradition. Sounds like a great way for the extended family to get together and celebrate a new life. :)\
Thanks everybody! Jack is a family name on both sides and the name of our very favorite uncle - one of the all time great men I've ever known. And Warnock is my maiden name so it's my way of naming him after my father and grandfather on that side. We probably need to stop with the last names for middle names though - we're running out of ones that sound "normal".
